The Ndola Focus Group was formed on 29 August 2013 during the CSO sensitization workshop held at Fatmols in Ndola. At its inception the group had fourteen members from NZP+, Jehova Jaire, Youth on a Mission (YAM) Zambia, Treatment Advocacy Literacy Campaign (TALC), Dola Hill Clinic, God of Hope Support Group, Samaritan Strategy and TMC.
The Focus Group has been involved in MeTA Zambia activities that have included the CSO sensitization workshop in Ndola on 29 August 2013, a radio programme on Sun FM in Ndola on 28 October 2013.
They were involved in training for coalition building on 27 and 29 August 2014, focus group monthly meetings from January 2015 and an information sharing meeting on 6 March 2015 at Mika Lodge in Lusaka.
